Peshawar — Security forces have killed four militants including their commander in a military operation late night in Hangu on Tuesday.
The forces raided a house where militants were hiding and conducted an intelligence based operation in Qazi Abad village of Hangu district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP).
The killed militant commander has been identified as Islam and the other militants were Muhibullah, Shahid and Laiq Khan. They were involved in several terrorist activities.
They were also involved in the last year Kalaya Bazar suicide blast which had killed at least 32 people and injured 31 others in lower Orazkai tribal district.
Local sources said that the militants were affiliated with the banned terrorist outfit Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).
